The bees collect nectar from the white sea of flowers on the blooming coffee plantations, which is harvested in March by the Indian beekeepers in Mexico. Our coffee blossom honey is a tasty, mildly aromatic honey with a creamy, spreadable consistency and a very subtle coffee aroma.
