Clover honey, New Zealand, white, smooth, sweet and mild, fine cinnamon aroma

Clover honey is a Canadian specialty. Clover only grows in unfertilized soil. A bee has to fly to around two thousand clover flowers to fill its honey stomach. The bees use the nectar to make a fine, creamy white honey, the aroma of which is mild and sweet and is somewhat reminiscent of cinnamon. Due to its high natural glucose content, clover honey is a quick source of energy.
