  • The PDO Banyul:

    The Banyuls Protected Designation of Origin is one of the oldest in France, codified in 1936. The production area is delimited by the 4 municipalities of the Cote Vermeille; Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls and Cerbere. Main grape varieties: Black Grenache (50% minimum), Grenache gray and white, Macabeu, Malvoisie, Muscat. Additional grape varieties: Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah.
