  • Grilled salsiccia with cannellini bean salad

    4 salsicce al rosmarino
    1 glass of cannellini beans
    2 tbsp caper apples
    1 small red onion
    150 g tomatoes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar, basil, salt and pepper

    Drain the beans and rinse with cold water. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Wash and quarter tomatoes, wash basil and cut into strips. Mix beans with onion, tomatoes, basil and stemmed capers. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and black pepper. Let it steep as you like.
