    Fiordelisi began its activity in 1954 in the fertile plain of Puglia. Antonio Fiordelisi has devoted his entire life to the production and cultivation of vegetables, using all his passion and commitment. In 1978, the four sons of Antonio Fiordelisi joined the project, which resulted in the long tradition of producing and preserving high quality sun-dried tomatoes. Within a decade, the company expanded its production to the first semi-dried tomato. Fiordelisi has evolved over time into a giant in the production of dry vegetables at European level and is the first undisputed supplier of sun-dried tomatoes. The climate and the natural organoleptic properties of the land, which are particularly suitable for vegetables, have rewarded the family`s commitment. After long research to improve the quality, respecting the nature and the authenticity of the raw materials, the first production of semi-dried tomatoes was completed in 1995.
