These tomatoes marinated in oil have a wonderfully fruity taste. They are meaty, not too salty, of uneven shape and size. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the tomato skin of semi-dried tomatoes is softer than that of dried tomatoes. That`s why they are ideal as an accompaniment to cold plates, antipasti and for refining sauces. The product is made without dyes. Also available in 1.5kg with sunflower seed oil.
