The Blattert mill produces flour and cereal products of the highest quality. No preservatives are used and the operators attach importance to a multi-stage and careful grinding of the valuable grain. Holistic ecological thinking and the bond with nature are a matter of course for the mill. For the production of the mill bread mixed bread with 7-grain meal wheat, rye, spelled, green kernels, millet, oats and buckwheat, in addition to the baking mix, 1kg, 680ml warm water and 1/2 cubes of yeast are needed.
