This chestnut puree uses only fleshy and aromatic chestnuts from Italy and Madagascan vanilla pods. The puree is made without the addition of glucose and flavorings. Just as much cooked as needed, it preserves the full flavor of the chestnut. It is far less sweetened than a cream and the precisely dosed vanilla enhances the authentic chestnut flavor. An amazing alchemy!
