This bright sugar solution is an important raw material for the confectionery and jam industry, as well as for pastry, confectionery and ice cream. 45 掳 is the indication of saccharification. There is also 43脗掳 glucose syrup, which is more liquid and more suitable for filling. The 45 掳 glucose syrup can be formed with the bare hand to the ball, as it is firmer by its higher dry matter content. It can therefore be used eg for cake icings.
