This plum liqueur is made from Japanese ume plums and lightly flavored with Japanese shiso leaves. Shiso, also known as perilla, is one of the most important spices in Japan and gives the liqueur its special flavor. Umeshu Dento has a delicate aroma and an excellent taste.
