The advantages of the lemon fiber are now also available in dry form. BASIC Dry is ideal for setting soups and sauces. By the use, instead of other binders, the skin formation decreases, less lumps develop, it has less tendency to burn and very little is needed. For soups you need about 15g per liter, for sauces about 20g per liter. It is suitable for vegan cuisine and free of declarations according to LMIV.
