Liquid concentrate based on mushrooms. Rehydrated mushrooms 40% (mushroom, shiitake mushroom, butter mushroom), salt, water, yeast extract, mushroom concentrate 8%, sugar, glucose syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, natural aroma, flavoring, citric acid. Hot and cold applicable. Shake well before use. Use 5-50 ml for seasoning; 30 ml / 1 l of water for the rear; 20 ml / 1 l of water for bouillon. Store in a dry place and protect from heat. After opening, store it at a maximum temperature of + 5 ° C and consume within 4 months. Made in Denmark.
