This new recipe from Carma is very easy to use: Beat 500 g of Carma lemon mousse in 1 l of milk 3.5% fat for 4 minutes, fill into bowls etc. Cool for 2 hours at 5°C then ready to serve. The powder is gelatin-free.

Instant powder for mousse with lemon flavor. Sugar, glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), modified starch, emulsifiers: E471, E472a, E472e, acidulants: 1.5% citric acid, 1.5% natural flavor, MILK PROTEIN, gelling agents: E407, E440 standardized with sugar, coloring : E101i. Preparation: Put 500g powder in a bowl and add 1 liter of milk (3.5% fat). Stir for 4 - 6 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 hours at +5°C. Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light at +12°C - +20°C. Made in Switzerland.
