Champagne Veuve Fourny Grande Reserve, 1.Cru, brut, 12% vol.

This cuvée consists of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Part of the older reserves are matured in oak barrels. This fresh, sparkling champagne contains a very complex aromas variety with fine minerality. A lively fragrance of lemon blossom and grapefruit reach the nose, the finale is elegantly rounded off by spicy aromas of cherry and fig. Times are changing, even in Champagne.
