Apple Pectin is a natural gelling agent for the production of classic fruit jellies, jams and marmalades from fruit purees, fruit juices, fruit pieces and mixtures, sugar and citric acid. Dosage Example: 20g pectin, 1kg fruits and the desired amount of sugar mix. Add 5g of citric acid and heat to 105 ° C, fill if necessary and allow to cool. For a softer consistency sufficient 10g pectin.
