Order and delivery times for Christmas and New Year`s Eve
UPS shipments (chilled and frozen products) can be delivered until Friday, December 19, 2025.
DHL shipments (unrefrigerated products) can be delivered until Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
Orders placed after 2 PM (Wednesday) on December 17, 2025, containing chilled or frozen products, cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. These orders may not be shipped until Monday, January 5, 2026.
UPS shipments (chilled and frozen products) can be delivered until Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
DHL shipments (unrefrigerated products) can be delivered until Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
Orders placed after 2 PM (Sunday) on December 28, 2025, containing chilled and frozen products will not be shipped until Monday, January 5, 2025.

Since there is an increased volume of parcels from transport companies at Christmas and New Year`s Eve, your parcel may take 1-2 days longer to travel using standard shipping.
If you order your Christmas and New Year`s Eve products at the beginning of December, you will help us distribute the parcel volume.
For caviar and livers, we ask you to order them at the beginning of December. Caviar has a shelf life that lasts until at least January next year.
Fresh livers will be delivered from week 50/51. So the earlier you order your liver/caviar, the better we can plan for this.
