Danish smoked salt is exquisite salt from the Dead Sea. It is about 160 hours in Denmark cold smoked over beech and thereby to achieve a uniform taste, turning every half hour. The Danish smoked salt refines cold dishes, especially ham and bacon as well as grilled meat and pan fries with a very special touch.
