This Balsamo di Arancia is produced using the traditional balsamic method, a mixture of grape must, orange juice, and wine vinegar. Like regular balsamic vinegar, it is aged in wooden barrels, developing its own unique character. This condiment enhances a wide variety of cheeses and fruit salads. It is especially recommended with swordfish carpaccio, salmon, squid, and seafood.
