Extra virgin olive oil, Pago Baldios Oro San Carlos, Arbequina and Cornicabra
Oro San Carlos olive oil is a haute cuisine oil with a maximum acidity of 0.1%. The olives for this blend of Arbequina and Carnicabra olives are harvested in mid-October. The green, fruity flavor is complemented by ripe notes - the pleasant intensity makes the oil very complex and appealing. Further notes of apple and banana can be found. Sweet on the palate, it is joined by a hint of bitterness and peppery notes. It is excellent for raw dishes and salads. Pago Baldio`s San Carlos olive oils have received numerous awards and are used by many 3-star chefs worldwide.
