Instant Jelly - Powder, Jelly Casting
The instant jelly powder is an acid-stable, instant gelling agent for smooth, clear, firm jelly coatings for all kinds of fruit pastries. The powder consists of sugar, starch, and thickeners. Stir 50g of instant jelly and 300g of sugar into 1 liter of boiling water or fruit juice, bring to a boil for about 1 minute, skim off any foam, and apply with a brush.
