The products of the ancient noodle factory Morelli are unique in their kind. Their secret lies in an ingredient that does not occur in the ordinary noodles. It is the wheat germ, the heart of the grain. This fine, original Italian and artisan pasta from San Romano (Pisa) is dispensed with any preservatives and dyes. The dough is rolled by hand and dried for 36 hours at low temperature.
