Grill BBQ - maple wood smoking pellets
Maple wood characteristics: Smoky - mild, with a sweet note. Ideally suited for pork, poultry, game birds, and cheese. Like a good seasoning in cooking, smoking pellets impart a savory smoky aroma to grilling. They are either added to the coal embers or, for gas and electric grills, moistened, wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed on the grill grate.
