These ProEspumas can be used to create special hot and cold espumas, foams, ice cream, Nitro Dragon, and foam toppings for cocktails and long drinks. Dosage: 100 g / 1 liter of liquid. For a Gin & Tonic Espuma, fill a Gourmet Whip with 2/3 tonic water, 1/3 gin, and 100 g of ProEspuma, shake once, and it`s ready.
