These ProEspumas can be used to produce hot and cold Espumas, Foams, Ice Cream, Nitro Dragon and Cocktail and Longdrink foam toppings. Dosage: 100 g / 1 liter of liquid. For a Gin Tonic Espuma, add 2/3 Tonic Water, 1/3 Gin, 100g ProEspuma to a Gourmet Whip, shake once and youre done.
