A powdered thickening agent for making creams, pastes, and sauces that can be easily frozen and thawed. Ideal for pastry chefs, as cake fillings can be prepared and frozen in large quantities without any loss of liquid after thawing. Dosage: 20-50g per liter, stir into the cold liquid and bring to a boil once.
