Teff, also known as the miniature millet, is a particularly tasty cereal that originated in Ethiopia. The very small seeds of the plant have it all. Alternative. The dwarf millet tastes pleasantly nutty and slightly sweet. The light Teff flour is ground without shell, mild in taste and can be used for bread, pastry and pancakes or as a binder.
