Apricots, dried, unsulphurised
The apricots are harvested as fully ripe, sweet and aromatic fruit and dried with hot air to preserve them. They can simply be soaked, but they can also be put back into water, fruit juice or alcohol. In muesli, fruit or mixed salads, sauces, fillings, rice, cakes or biscuits, they are a real delicacy. Likewise, they are ideal for garnishing and refining various dishes.
