 
        Weyers Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, 5% acid
In the vinegar manufactory Carl Weyers the balsamic vinegars are produced in the manner of the Aceto Balsamico Traditionale. Immediately after pressing the fruit, the juice is gently simmered and made to taste. By storing in oak barrels the balsamic vinegar gets its full aroma and mild acidity.
