
Golles Schilcher Rose Wine Vinegar, 6% acidity
Fermented from the old Styrian grape variety Blauer Wildbacher, this wine, after a short maceration period, produces a light rose with lively acidity. The delicate, nuanced fruit aroma characteristic of Schilcher wine is also the aim in the production of our Schilcher vinegar, which is why it is exclusively fermented in stainless steel. It pairs perfectly with a variety of refined country-style dishes, especially those with a Styrian flair, such as scarlet runner bean salad.
