Golles Quince Vinegar, 5% acidity
Fermented from the juice of highly aromatic quinces. With its tart fruitiness, this vinegar is particularly well-suited for marinating root vegetables such as salsify or turnips, as well as for seasoning robust stews and sauces. Asparagus dishes, braised chicory, or Asian vegetable dishes with sprouts also acquire a special touch from quince vinegar.
