

Gölles Balsam Pear Vinegar, 5% acid
Obtained according to the traditional method through the fermentation of thickened fruit juice and stored in a wooden barrel to the perfect flavor harmony. With its opulent fruitiness from fully ripe pears, this balsamic vinegar is recommended for large salads such as Waldorf salad or endive poultry salad, but also for a touch of noble acid on fully matured cheese such as Roquefort or Vacherin.
