The classic Gölle apple vinegar is brewed in a natural way, obtained purely from the fruit and provided with a fine aroma game. The juice of traditional apple varieties such as Maschansker, Bohnapfel, Ilzer Weinler or Rosenapfel is fermented for this purpose and brought to aromatic maturity. Apple vinegar is universally usable in the kitchen and can be combined with different oils very delicately - but especially with the Styrian gruel seed oil.
