This apple cider breeding is primarily pressed from traditional fruits gently. Since taste and aroma depend on the ripeness of the apples, mature fruit is used exclusively late. Thus, fruity aroma and refreshing taste bitter guaranteed. In the cider and private winery van acquisitions in the Rhenish Hamminkeln fruit processing has a long tradition. The juices nothing is removed and nothing added: no preservatives, no flavorings.
