The cocoa for Callebaut Origine chocolates comes from regions of the traditional cocoa-growing countries around the equator. For Arriba, they sourced the extremely rare Cacao Nacional - a Forastero variety - from northwestern Ecuador. This highly aromatic cocoa forms the basis for this fine milk chocolate blend with 39% cocoa and 25% milk. It is mild, exceptionally creamy in taste, with a velvety texture and rich flavors, including hints of yogurt. A delicate vanilla finish with almond and hazelnut accents completes the experience. Uses: for glazes, decorating, flavoring, and filling pralines.
