A brilliant product from Rougie. This foie gras farce has a delicate flavor thanks to port wine and select spices. French winter truffles form the core of this specialty. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with its many pieces, gives the block an attractive cut. To cut and serve, open both sides of the tin. Stored at 8-12°C, the block of goose liver can be easily removed and carved.
