Kasumi K-04 Damascus Superior bread knife, 25cm
Kasumi Damascus Superior knives are made of VG-10 carbon steel, specially produced for these knives. The blades are ice-hardened to a Rockwell C hardness of 59-60, ensuring the edge retains its sharpness for longer. Kasumi knives originate from Seki, the capital of Japanese cutlery. The coveted and aesthetically pleasing Damascus pattern on both sides of the blade is created by the multiple folding of steel layers. Care instructions: Wash with hot water before first use. Never put in the dishwasher; always wash by hand. If necessary, take this bread knife to a qualified sharpening service, not to a passing knife sharpener.
