
Chroma Japanchef J - 06 chef`s knife, 20.7 cm
The CHROMA JAPANCHEF is an incredibly sharp, HACCP-compliant kitchen knife. This kitchen tool is built with nothing but high-quality blade steel, ice-hardened at 58° HRC, and an excellent grind. The knives feature a Japanese blade geometry, meaning a V-shaped grind that makes them extremely sharp. The bolster has been trimmed in the Japanese style so that the blade can be used at the end. The handle is made of high-quality plastic, and three rivets hold the tang of the knife and the handle together. The cutting edge retains its sharpness very well and can be quickly and easily resharpened, for example, with the CHROMA ST-1800 240/1000 grit whetstone.
