

Glucose syrup 45° - candy syrup
This light sugar solution is an important raw material for the candy and jam industry, as well as for fine bakery, confectionery and for making ice cream. 45° is the indication of the sugar content. There is also 43° glucose syrup, which is more liquid and more suitable for fillings. The 45° glucose syrup can be formed into a ball with your bare hands, as it is firmer due to its higher dry matter content. It can therefore be used for cake icing, for example.
