The origin of the Galletti is not known, but they most likely come from the Liguria region. This format is reminiscent of that of the Chifferi with the addition of a wavy ribbon. Each piece is approximately 36mm long. The flat part is between 0.90 and 1.00 mm thick while the corrugated part is between 1.15 and 1.40 mm thick. The Galletti taste excellent served with tomato sauce, but of course you can also serve them with meat or vegetable sauces.
