Fresh egg pasta with cheese filling. Ingredients dough (50%): durum WHEAT semolina, 19% WHOLE EGG; Ingredients filling (50%): 49% ricotta WHEY CHEESE (acidifier: citric acid), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), 7% Grana Padano CHEESE, sweet WHEY powder, rapeseed oil, vegetable fibers, starch (corn, rice, tapioca), salt, flavor. Preparation: Add pasta to boiling, salted water and cook for 6 - 7 minutes. Then drain and serve with any sauce. Makes approx. 4 - 5 servings. Store in a cool place at +7°C.
