2022 Hard Chardonnay, unfiltered, dry, 13% vol., Ziereisen, HA

Hand-picked grapes form the basis of this Chardonnay. Fermentation took place in 5% new and 95% used 225-liter Assmann wooden casks. The wine then matured on the lees for 20 months and was bottled unfiltered. The aroma offers flinty notes, while the palate reveals yellow fruit supported by a refreshing acidity.
