100% Chardonnay. The ripe Chardonnay fruit aroma is absolutely typical of the variety. Hand-picked grapes from select vineyards and aged for seven months in large wooden barrels impart a subtle oak note and a vanilla aroma. It is full-bodied on the palate and has an intense finish. A perfect accompaniment to roasted fish and shellfish, as well as light meats.
