Ingredients
Polenta white and coarse. Corn grits. Max. Moisture content 15%. Preparation: Boil the cornmeal in 4 liters of lukewarm, salted water, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick. Reduce the heat and stir the polenta for 40-50 minutes with a wooden spoon until tender. Store cool and dry. Product from Italy.
