Ebly is a pre-cooked soft wheat, also known as tender wheat. Ebly is a good alternative to rice. Cooked in salted water with a little oil for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the desired consistency. Ideal as a side dish or as a basis for numerous dishes, such as ratatouile, cous cous or pilaf.
