Catrineta Vintage Sardines 2025 - preserved in olive oil. These small sardines (16 to 20 pieces) are aromatic, succulent, and mild. The preserved sardines continue to mature in the olive oil, gaining in flavor and refinement. Over the years, this results in an exquisite delicacy. We recommend storing the tin in a cool place and turning it every 3 to 6 months. Production of these vintage sardines is limited. As always at Catrineta, the processing is done with loving care by hand - right up to the packaging of the tin.
