Alongside hand-picked heritage apple varieties, tart wine pears traditionally define the unique character of Swabian cider. Dealcoholization through vacuum distillation removes the alcohol while preserving the full aroma. Modernly interpreted and gently dealcoholized. Here too, heritage tart apple and tart wine pear varieties form the basis. After the aroma-developing ripening, the gentle pressing of the fragrant fruit, and fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed at 37°C in Geiger`s dealcoholization plant. No added flavorings, no concentrate, no added sugar. Aroma: Fragrant, fresh pear, white blossoms, yeasty notes. Taste: The interplay of sweetness and acidity from the apple with the slightly tart backbone of the wine pear; mild, light, refreshing, and sparkling.
