Degrades dextrins into sugar. Concentrated enzyme complex produced by fermenting the yeast Aspergillius niger. It degrades liquefied starch and glycosidic sugars into glucose monosaccharides. It can be used in plant-based milk production processes or to produce fermentable sugars for alcohol production. Its application provides a sweet taste and facilitates fermentation. Its functionality and yield increase dramatically when used in combination with amylase. Coat, inject, or immerse the product in glucosidase solution. For optimal performance, impregnation with 2-5 vacuum cycles is recommended. Can be applied directly to the product.
