Ingredients
Seasoning paste with fermented pepper. Water, 28.7% fermented black pepper, brown sugar (sugar, syrup), salt, shallot puree, fermented sugar, cognac, citrus fiber. Application: Suitable for cold and warm applications. Add 10-40 grams depending on use. Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
