Ingredients
Gelling agents: Pectin E440, Pectin E440i, Sucrose. Approximate dosage: 0.2 to 0.25%. Mix with 8 to 10 times the amount of sugar. Dissolution is achieved in approximately 15 minutes. Gelling is triggered by the addition of acid. Suitable for use in foodstuffs. Keep away from moisture and heat (< 20°C).
