DE - ECO - 022 Fresh and elegant - a Pinot Noir and C. Rose, vinified in the Provence style. To impart its delicate pastel color, the pressing process was deliberately gentle. This ensures only minimal extraction of the pigments from the grape skins. Maturation in stainless steel barrels underscores the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: the Dreissigacker PNT and C. Rose combine freshness, spice, and elegance. The wood and the ageing on the lees give it the necessary body and ensure harmony in the glass.
