2023 Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, dry, 12% vol., Scheuermann, ORGANIC

New addition to the Scheuermann family - White Burgundy / Chardonnay. Incredibly strong and complex for the estate wine sector. Fine reduction notes on the nose. Subtle fruit of crisp peach, with herbs. Rather puristic and straightforward, but also with great use of wood (large wooden barrel). Flows like stream water!
